VoxReports supports both PACS-driven and RIS-driven workflows. Interfaces are available for more than 85 of the leading PACS and RIS/HIS systems. VoxReports can support multiple-PACS and multiple-RIS environments.

VoxReports connects with PACS systems via an API-level interface. The API-level interface means that providers can work from a single worklist with high report-to-image assurance.

VoxReports connects with RIS via an HL7 interface using the VoxExchangeBroker, a VoxReports module with over 700 configurable parameters supporting bi-directional, in-bound, and out-bound interfaces. With the VoxExchangeBroker, Atirix has the capability to quickly interface with new RIS systems. If an interface is needed with a system that does not support API or HL7 type connections, VoxReports also supports a file-drop interface.

VoxReports also supports a wide range of workflow configurations, including medical transcription, resident-attending capabilities, and RemoteUser™ check-out/check-in capabilities. RemoteUser allows authorized users to temporarily check-out and lock reports, work on the reports, and check the reports back in to the VoxReports system when complete.

User profiles provide a personalized user experience and security from wherever a radiologist signs on to the system. All system activities are logged.
