Atirix Medical Systems – VoxNotes speeds patient documentation

VoxNotes lets a physician create notes and send them for editing or directly to a referring physician or insurance company without having to even look at a computer screen.

A physician views the patient schedule downloaded from the PMS or HIS. Notes can also be dictated on patients not on the schedule. Once an exam has been completed, notes are dictated and finalized or sent for editing. Resident reports are sent to the attending physician for approval. After a note is edited and signed, it is automatically sent back to the PMS/HIS or EMR and/or faxed or e-mailed to a referring physician. A copy is retained by VoxNotes for quick access by authorized personnel. User profiles provide a personalized user experience and security. All system activities are logged, even user performance.

VoxNotes Modules

Provider: Provides a speech and graphical user interface optimized to automate the production of notes.

VoxEditor: Lets third-party editors or transcriptionists edit reports. All edits improve the recognition accuracy for the provider.

VoxReview: Lets providers review, or revise a note.

VoxAdministrator: This web interface module presents real-time provider and editor performance measurements to optimize system use and productivity.

VoxDelivery: A fax and e-mail module can be used to automate the delivery of in-process and completed notes to referring physicians and insurance companies.
